An estimate of the property for inheritance proceedings is free if you sell the property through our office. In other cases the price is:
990 CZK including VAT per apartment or plot of land
1,990 CZK including VAT for a family house
Estate agent viewing required +500 CZK including VAT.
The price is valid if we receive the documentation from the property (i.e. the deceased’s acquisition title, title deed, etc.). Otherwise, fees for copies of documents from the Land Registry Office are added to the price.
Prices for Real Estate appraisals
We make general real estate estimates for property owners completely free of charge. Price estimates for property for inheritance and divorce proceedings are charged. However, if we not only prepare the price estimate but also sell the property, we will refund the charge.
What happens when you submit an online inquiry?
Our estimator will contact you within 48 hours of completing your online inquiry. In some cases, it is possible to determine the price of the property already on the basis of the sent inquiry. In other cases, we need additional information and will contact you immediately. If necessary, we will arrange a personal meeting and come to see the property.
